| DDI were given just two days to produce these striking graphics to brand this Nescafe exhibition trailer. The graphics were produced on our 600 Dpi 3M approved Piezo digital system using Avery 2000 film. |

| Our latest 3M digital ink and technology enables us to supply outdoor printed graphics with a warranty of 3 years unlaminated and 5 years with a laminate. This warranty is only available when a 3M print system, ink and media are all 3M approved under their matched component system (MCS). DDI has for several years been a 3M qualified manufacturer. |

Large Format Digital Printing

Large Format Solvent Printing
Materials such as self adhesive vinyl, PVC's, canvases and polyester films are printed and generally supplied to our customers on a roll. Your graphics can be produced through a variety of different digital inkjet processes operated by DDI, a brief summary of the different technologies available are as follows:-
720dpi Solvent System
This process is outdoor durable for up to 3 years un-laminated. It is ideally suited to work that requires very high quality images and fine detail. Fantastic results can be achieved when printing onto self adhesive vinyl. The system also provides long term solutions for both interior and exterior backlit film applications.
600dpi & 300dpi - 3M Warranted Graphics
This process is outdoor durable with a 3M backed warranty for up to 5 years and is best suited for vehicle graphics and long term outdoor signage where colour fastness is extremely important
720dpi Oil Based System
This process is one of the most cost effective digital processes for the production of posters, billboards and point of sale items. It is ideally suited for short term advertising campaigns displayed outdoors or in direct sunlight for up to 6 months, or for longer running campaigns displayed indoors.
720dpi Dye-based System
This process is the most widely used in the production of interior exhibition, pop-up and banner stand systems. It provides extremely high quality reproduction of graphics onto polyester materials used to produce banner and pop-up graphics.
Print Finishing & Laminating
DDI currently runs two finishing lines with the ability to mount, laminate or encapsulate printed work up to 1.6m wide.
We are able to mount self adhesive or paper media onto any flat rigid material up to 50mm in thickness.
We also offer a number of laminated finishes ranging from high gloss and satin for outdoor projects to satin/matt smooth or textured for interior and exhibition use.
